Target: Change In Coupon Policy

Target has changed their coupon policy. The biggest change is that you can NO LONGER use a Target BOGO with a Manufacturer BOGO coupon.

Anyone think the recent Extreme Couponing Show has had anything to do with so many changes in coupon policies?
